Castor Oil belly rub is fantastic for muscle cramps and arthritis as castor oil has ricinoleic acid present which helps with swelling, pain, and inflammation. Ricinoleic acid helps to move and break up cysts and lumps. Castor oil is also antimicrobial making it effective for wounds and cuts. A castor oil pack is great for cramps and peroid pain, castor oil is applied to the belly and a heating pad is set on top. This formula also contains cramp bark which is a muscle relaxant. This rub can be used for the legs, the belly, hands, or anywhere cramps are present.
